Paul Ware
Deputy District Attorney
Paul J. Ware is a Deputy District Attorney assigned to the Auto Theft & Insurance Fraud Task Force. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
In 2002 Paul received his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2002. He has been employed by the Lackawanna County District Attorney's Office since January 2003. Attorney Ware is a part of the Insurance Fraud Task Force. This unit identifies, aggressively investigates and prosecutes individuals and corporations that commit Insurance Fraud in an 11 county area in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
