Rachel Yzkanin
Rachel Yzkanin has been employed with the Office of the District Attorney since 1989.
She is a graduate of Dunmore High School and a 1987 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Business.
Ms. Yzkanin has served in various capacities within the District Attorney's Office including Coordinator of the Accelarted Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program and Trial List Administrator. Ms. Yzkanin has also served as an Officer and Board Member for the DUI Association of Pennsylvania. |
